Steve
Shepard - Instructor
Often called the
Professor of Real Estate, Steve Shepard is the “who’s who” of real estate
instructors.
With nearly twenty
years of real estate experience and as a former real estate company owner, Steve
has been the master trainer for Prellis Real Estate School for the past 10
years. His experience as both a California Licensed Real Estate Broker and
College professor, has positioned Steve as one of the top trainers in the
Valley.
In addition to
Steve’s affiliation with Prellis Real Estate School and
Century 21 All Moves,
he is a lead faculty and area math chair for The University of Phoenix, teaching
a variety of business and math both online and locally at several of their Southern California
campuses.
Steve graduated
from Stanford University with both his Bachelors Degree and Master’s Degree in
Electrical Engineering. After graduating, Steve worked in engineering design
for the aerospace industry in Southern California. Later, Steve obtained a
second master’s degree in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling.
Clearly, Steve
enjoys teaching the real estate courses and assisting his students in mastering
the Principals, Practice and Law Courses to obtain their California Real Estate
License.
